A little bit about me…

I’m a self-taught embroidery artist with a soft spot for forgotten treasures — especially old postcards unearthed from attic boxes, market stalls, and dusty corners of history. Since 2016, I’ve been rescuing these quiet little rectangles of the past and giving them new voices with a needle and thread.

My creative journey began with a fascination for antique imagery and quickly spiraled into an obsession with collage — over 300 miniature mashups made from charity shop book finds later, I’d found my rhythm. But when I stumbled on a batch of larger, moodier photographs, collage fell short. That’s when embroidery threaded its way into my life.

Now, I spend my days stitching sparkly rainbows, 8-bit cross-stitch characters, and mysterious masked sitters from another realm — part nostalgia, part daydream, part pixel-art fever dream.

Each piece is a conversation between past and present, memory and imagination.

So come in, explore, and stay a while — you’re very welcome here.
